The purpose of this activity was to create a free standing object with a marshmallow on top using spaghetti noodles, a yard of tape, and a yard of string. You were allowed 18 minutes to try to complete this task. Within this activity we had used technology to record our process of building our structure.
This activity helped promote the technological standards of designing digital age learning experiences by giving the students an opportunity to look back on their project and see how they can improve or different methods they could use. This wouldn't be so easily done without the resources and skills provided by this technology.
